Well, recession is not still over completely. Since, there are numerous industries and business suffering from recession and the poor situation. Though the Govt. has taken steps but I think it will take some more time to get over and then we might be feeling relax in the industry.

some of the sites i visited showed statistics that when in recession people would skip luncheons and prefer short meals instead to save on over expenditures. I think that is very much a case.

This is true. I see the same phenomenon in my country. Now i start to wish there is more fast food chain on the market.

I agree with your point that the economy is indeed in not a good condition. There are of course many people that are willing to settle for less with regards for jobs. That is not good news for the people already in the industry though.
