Revolutionary New Mouse Design For Women

A REVOLUTIONARY NEW MOUSE design has been unleashed upon the world, specifically aimed at women.

Given the increasing amounts of female gamers coming to the Interweb it seemed only natural that a beefed up mouse would be designed and marketed at the growing population of women who are learning to use that thing in the corner.

This new design, codenamed “The Anvil” is claimed to decrease repetitive strain injuries in women by up to 45%. The makers also claim it represents a revolutionary step forwards in mouse design which will change how women interact with the world.

In a departure from the standard three-button implementation the producers of The Anvil have opted for a grip approach instead which offers users the ability to access over 5 programmable buttons in a streamlined ergonomic layout. Further, it’s suggested that the addition of a side mounted ‘thumb wheel’ offers users more a accurate interface over current top-down implementations.

Initial trials of the design are progressing positively with most test subjects giving The Anvil the thumbs up, however one tester, when asked for any recommended improvements to the design commented, “It’s a great mouse, easy to pick up and use and my kill counts have improved massively since using it online, but I would strongly suggest they make a left hand version of it”.

Standard versions are available on USB and serial connections however the makers claim they are in the process of developing a wireless version for those women who want to access the Interweb from the kitchen.
