		<description>I think it is ridiculous that you can get a $500 fine or up to 6 months in jail for sagging your pants. I think that it is ridiculous that you can get any kind of punishment for wearing your clothes how you want to wear them. In my opinion, wearing your clothes how you want is just another form of freedom of speech.  In my opinion, people are just using this law to get people to look the way they want to look.  If the way someone is wearing their clothes is bothering you, you have the right to say something, but if they do not want to follow what you told them to do, then they have the right to do so.  For example, what if someone made a law saying that people who were involved in the Sikhism religion were asked to wear different clothing because what they were wearing was bothering someone. Why are we even spending all of this money on this issue, when there are homeless people who don&#039;t have clothes to wear, when there are victims from Hurricane Katrina who sufferred tremendously, and brave soldiers in Iraq who are fighting to keep America &quot;free&quot;.  If this is still a &quot;free&quot; country, let&#039;s try to keep it that way.</description>
